Hi Alex,

Answers to your post below. However, we had a Facebook registration today (via mobile) which worked (www.opgroeigids.nl/community/profiel/140...erenjeugdcoaching-nl). The only thing that was different in our settings were:
* Enable Automatic Registration is set to 'Yes' in the JFBConnect -> Configuration area - WAS SET TO 'NO', BUT NOW SET TO 'YES'

*** as per my post from earlier today.

Strange but many EasySocial users also use EasyBlog... so not very odd, unless they use JFBC as well. ;-)

alzander wrote: Yes, we did. As mentioned, with the settings we tested, it all worked.

Okay

* Always Import set to 'No', then data (profile, avatar and cover) will only be imported on registration.. not on subsequent logins.
* Avatar Import set to 'No', the avatar shouldn't ever be imported
* Cover Photo Import set to 'No', the cover photo shouldn't ever be imported.
With all of those set to 'No' as you describe, the behavior on your site sounds near what I'd expect.

This is exactly why we have it set to no:

* Always Import set to 'No', then data (profile, avatar and cover) will only be imported on registration.. not on subsequent logins.

We DO NOT want it to resync every time a user logs onto our site. It should only bring the images across on registration and not again.

See attached screenshot for our settings (NO, YES, YES, NO). Just as we need it.

Please log into our admin and check our settings as our settings have not changed.

Thanks,

I just tested with:
* Automatic registration - Disabled
* Registration Component - JFBConnect
All the settings in the Profiles - EasySocial area as you described. My avatar was imported and set as expected, along with my cover photo.

I'm not sure what's different, but we'll need to investigate on your site. Can you re-send admin credentials. We normally delete messages with admin creds out of our inbox for obvious security reasons.

Thanks,
Alex
