Google + api client id and secret key

I am unable to set up my google + api using the documentation provided. The documentation provided by google isn't helping either. When I click "create" after entering the url's for the O2Auth credentials, nothing happens. No error, no redirect. Does this require a paid account or something? The set-up screens are completely different than in your documentation. Please advise.

I might make one suggestion for the newbies that haven't done this before. In the instructions, step 5 & 6 provides suggestions for the url's. If you copy and paste them as one large string, it doesn't give you a specific error. In Chrome it doesn't give an error at all, It just doesn't do anything. Be sure to copy each url and add them separately as individual entries. A bulk copy/paste doesn't work. Then create the ID. This will achieve the correct results.
