JFBConnect blank page displayed

A blank page generally indicates a PHP fatal error. Please set Error Reporting to Maximum or Development in the Joomla Global Configuration area and let us know what error messages appear. This will help to more quickly diagnose the problem. Additionally, can you provide a URL where this is occurring so that we can see the behavior in action?

I have tried that but do not get any information on what the issue may be.

If the error reporting setting is not working, it means your server or another extension is forcing it off. It will be hard to pinpoint where it's going wrong without seeing the errors.

Is there a way to provide the URL outside of the public forum?
