When are you seeing the Internal Server Error message?

What you describe sounds like your server is unable to connect to SourceCoast.com to fetch the latest recommendations for how to configure your Facebook Application. That's usually caused by any of the following:
* Your server is not configured to make outgoing SSL (secure) requests to other servers.
* Your server has a firewall that is blocking outgoing requests

You may need to contact your host to help diagnose what the actual issue is further. Outgoing requests are required to connect to our server for configuration and to each of the social networks for social authentication.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Hello Thanks for your reply:

I have got the following answer from my provider:

Hi,

yes there is a firewall who blocks outgoing connections.

You can tell us the Url's (Hosts) or IP's, so we can whitelist them.

Herzliche Grüße vom E-Mail-Support-Team aus Linz,

Peter

Would you please send me the require information for a last attempt !!!

the Url's (Hosts) or IP's, to whitelist you ????

The URL's should be sourcecoast.com, facebook.com, linkedin.com and the domains for any other social network providers you want to use. Hopefully, you can use the root domain for each of the providers, since listing all of the subdomains for each would be pretty cumbersome.

If you run into issues or errors, please let us know what they are. We can try to help narrow things down however we can. Unfortunately, we don't control the social networks and they can cause our calls to redirects. So, even if we make a call to graph.facebook.com, the call may be redirected to graph-read.facebook.com, and we have no control over the redirect and when it may change.

Thanks,
Alex
