Hello,

Just installed the JFBConnect on a site running EasySocial but the social network authentication process returns user to the Joomla user profile registeration page rather than EasySocial login page?

I checked the JFBConnect settings -> Profiles section but it says the JFBConnect Profiles plugins are not enabled whereas they are all enabled?

Can you double-check the Plugins Manager to verify that all "Social Profile" plugins that were installed with JFBConnect are enabled? That message you show in your image is simply checking the Joomla Plugin Manager for which plugins are enabled, and they seem disabled from that's being shown.

If that doesn't work, please take a picture of the plugins you enabled so we can investigate further as we've never heard of this issue.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi,

Yes, that was the reason. I have enabled the EasySocial - Social Profiles plugin and mapped the fields with the social network fields. But the user are taken to registration page other than the 'EasySocial' registration page after the social network authentication? The registration page displays the Joomla profile fields page instead even though the Joomla Social profile has been disabled?

Best regards,
Imran

Glad to hear you got it. For anyone else reading, the solution would have been in the JFBConnect Configuration area to set the "Registration Component" to "EasySocial".

If you run into anything else, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It's certainly not required, but very appreciated:

Thanks,
