The title, description and image are set using Open Graph Tags. If you're using the admin Social Toolbar (the Social Meta / Preview / Create Post links), you can use the Social Meta button to determine where JFBConnect is pulling and setting the OG Tags. You can always override tags on a page by adding the following tags to the page somewhere:
{SCOpenGraph title=Better Title}
{SCOpenGraph description=Better description}
{SCOpenGraph image=https://yoursite.com/best-image.jpg}Once done, you can test by using the "Preview" button in the toolbar or going to the
Facebook Debug Tool
