I'm unsure why the provider image isn't showing properly for your site. That seems strange, like an image is missing or something else we haven't seen. Can you tell me how you're authenticating on your site? Are you connecting an existing Joomla user to a social network or are you registering for the first time with the social network? The multiple images of the same user is also confusing. Are those all for the same social network? If so, something big is going wrong as JFBConnect shouldn't allow the user to connect to different accounts at the same time.

As for the user profile link itself, Facebook provides a unique profile URL based on your application. For that link to work, you must either:
a) Be logged into Facebook.com as an administrator of the application.
b) Already be a friend with the user
If either of those are met. the URL will redirect to the proper user profile.

Please let us know more about the above. We'll gladly help however we can.

Clicking the Facebook icon should take you to their page. However, you *must* be already logged into Facebook.com with an admin of your Facebook Application. If you are logged into Facebook with your own account, a link to your own profile may still not work. You have to be an admin for Facebook to take the link, detect that you're authorized to visit that users profile, and then take you there.

If you are sure you're logged into Facebook as an admin, let us know. From here, we'd need you to add us as an admin to your Facebook app and give us access to the admin area of your site so we can investigate further.

You can Private Message me super admin credentials by clicking the mail icon under my avatar to the left.

To make me a Facebook Admin, please go to the Facebook Developer Area , select roles and add my ID: 1251253607

Thanks for your credentials. We've never seen this happen before. None of the images are clickable. Reading through your post again, I see that's what you said, but I thought you meant something else.

I'm unsure why the user's profile link isn't being stored and making that link clickable. Are you able to Private Message us FTP credentials for your site? We'll need to look at the code and test what's being stored in the database for the user to determine where things could be going south.

Thanks for the credentials. Your using a brand new app, which means it's using a slight change that Facebook just made, which limits the profile data that is normally returned. Your localhost site was likely using an older app (even by just a few days), which didn't have that limitation.

I implemented a fix on your site and profile URLs are coming in now. It will only work with users that login or register going forward, but you can test with my user in the usermap area.

I'm glad you found the problem as it will help prevent others from running into it as well. We'll have this fix implemented in the next release as well, so you shouldn't run into this problem going forward.
