SobiPro and JFB was created by ducky
Any news on a plugin for SobiPro? I read a post in 2012 where you said it would be a few weeks.

I tried to follow instructions in some of the posts, but it all seems like jiberish to me and did not work. Anywhere I can get more detailed instructions as I am new to open graph.

Many thanks !
Colin

We still don't have specific integration for SobiPro. It was something we started to implement, but never finalized.

Can you explain what you're trying to do with integration between JFBConnect and SobiPro and we'll gladly help provide information on how to do what you want, if it's possible.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

We use jomsocial as well, so would like to add as many integration and social features as possible, everything they do should post to social networks, and jomsocial but to start. To be honest I do not know the capabilities of what is possible. :D

What i was attempted to do to is what is explained on post #44510 (Re: Opengraph with SobiPro), but it was just a little too vague for me to understand.

Having it post whenever a review is made would be excellent as well?

Can it also be set to post to the jomsocial wall every time this is done?

I have added the scsocial floating bar, will this work properly on SP entry pages?
Will it work for SP category pages?

There's a ton of features in JFBConnect. Our product pages are the best to describe what we can do instead of me trying to re-iterate it here:
www.sourcecoast.com/joomla-facebook/
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/features/
Of course, if you need more of an explanation on any of those features, just let us know.

Regarding your specific questions:

Having it post whenever a review is made would be excellent as well?

JFBConnect doesn't currently have specific integration for SobiPro. We'd need to create an Open Graph plugin to integration the auto-posting feature when reviews are posted. It's something we may work on in the future, but I don't have a timeline as to when we'd do that right now.

Can it also be set to post to the jomsocial wall every time this is done?

JFBConnect wouldn't be the right way to post to JomSocial whenever something in SobiPro occurs. That should be an integration between SobiPro and JomSocial directly.

I have added the scsocial floating bar, will this work properly on SP entry pages?
Will it work for SP category pages?

The sharing buttons should work on any page of your site. The sharing features will simply use the current URL of wherever they are showing if you don't set a specific URL to use.

If I add facebook login to sclogin I get the error.

This is normal if you have a Social Profile plugin enabled and are trying to import additional information from a user's profile other than name and email. Once you've tested with a Facebook account that's an administrator of your app and verified data is imported properly, you'll need to go into your Facebook Application and go to the "Status and Review" section. There, you need to request that Facebook allow your site to request the extended profile data from all users on your site.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex
