Hi, my subscription is going over in 2 days and I'm not sure the client will renew it soon (it will tell him but it's up to him).
2 questions:
- currently JFBconnect is used in 1 site, can I install and use it in another site too? even after the subscription is over?
- when my subscription will be over, I won't get any support at all in this forum?

JFBConnect isn't restricted after your subscription is over. You can continue to use it however you want. You will lose access to new releases, support and use of our Autotune Configuration tool after your subscription expires.

We prioritize all requests for users who have an active subscription. However, we generally will provide some assistance, depending on the issue you're running into. Going above and beyond, for things like a styling issue or integration with 3rd party extensions, takes a lot more time and is something we can only provide to users with a subscription. If you encounter a big issue you think is caused by JFBConnect, always feel free to post and we'll let you know if it's something we can help with or not.

Of course, as new releases come out, one of the first recommendations we'll always have is to use the newest release. JFBConnect is always being updated for changes with Joomla, other extensions and each of the social networks.

I hope that helps explain. We'd love to see you continue to be a subscriber.

Thanks,
Alex
