We don't currently offer automatic posts. It's something we're investigating and would like to implement in a future release, but I don't have any timeline on when it would be available.
Auto-posting would have various limitations since it would likely only work with Joomla content. Our current system with the Create Post option in the Social Toolbar is very flexible to allow you to post any content, add your own comment, and push the update to as many channels as you have configured all at once.
