Facebook comments

I now want comments in facebook to that article showing at the article page in joomla.

That's not possible. The comments left in Facebook for something that is shared are specific to that share. For instance, if a Facebook user shares a link and leaves a very large, detailed comment about the link, that's what most follow up comments will be about. Not necessarily the link itself, or it's contents, but for the user's initial comments. For that reason, Facebook keeps all comments separate.

If you want to add a Facebook comment box to your content, you can definitely do so, and all comments will be shown on that article. There's no way to link comments from a sharing of that link to the article itself though.
