Can you double check the Subscriber ID you're using? It should look like 37a6.....1c11 (32 characters in all). This can be found in the My Account -> Downloads, Profile or Subscription pages.
Sometimes, users try their invoice ID, which is not the correct ID.
I hope that helps, but if not, please let me know what domain you're trying to run Autotune from and we can investigate the problem further. Right now, I don't see any Autotune attempts from your account.
