cant redirect to profile

As for your issues, there are a few possible causes as to why the redirection after login wouldn't work. All are usually very easy to solve, but we'd need to know more about your configuration. Specifically, what version of JFBConnect are you using? Once we know that, we'll help however we can.

Also, please post from the account that you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for subscribers only.

That link still shows a blank white page, no image, for me.

You can find the version of JFBConnect when you go to the JFBConnect -> Overview page at the very bottom. It should say something like "Version: 6.3.1". Let us know that version and we'll help however you can.

Also, JFBConnect is a paid extension. Have you purchased a subscription? If so, can you please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from.
