Login on text link click, then redirect to originating page

Not in an automated way. Joomla only decides when a link requires authentication after it's been clicked and sent back to Joomla to render that page. It's only then that Joomla performs the automatic redirection to the login page.

Because of this, when a page is rendered, there's no way for JFBConnect (or the SCLogin module) to know which links are going to require authentication and which won't. If that was something we could do (efficiently) ahead of time, we would love to as what you're requesting isn't an uncommon request.
