* Could you verify that the fields in the JFBConnect > Profiles > EasySocial tab are still mapped and it is still set to import profile data always?
* Can you try setting some of the required fields to optional one by one and see if any of the data starts showing up.
* Can you try changing the Registration Component to JFBConnect and see if the data show's up in JFBConnect's login / register view?
If none of these has any progress, we might need FTP access to debug what data is actually coming back and see where the import is breaking down.
