Social Stream for each User on Jomsocial

You can't. The social stream module is primarily intended to show posts from the admin of the site. The Channels themselves are configured in the admin area and not meant to be setup for each individual user on your site. Because of that, there's no front-end filtering that's currently available.

The idea behind the social stream is for the website to be able to easily show content from its own other social channels. We didn't develop it with the goal of showing each user of your sites posts as that's cumbersome to get the proper permissions and fetch that data for each user.
