Topic-icon Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscr

Hi there,

when trying to activate JFB, I get the failure message "Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription."
However, I am sure that I entered the correct ID and subscription is valid until Oct 2015.

Any advise would be most welcome.

Michael,

I just sent you a PM with your correct subscriber ID. Please verify that this is the correct value that you have input. If it is already the correct value, please open Autotune in JFBConnect and go to the Facebook App tab. Then please hit the refresh button, go back to the Start tab and let us know if your subscription status at the bottom of that page has updated properly.

If you need it in the future, on this site, go to My Account > My Profile and your subscriber ID is listed on the righthand side of the page.
