My community's gaming site was discontinued in early 2014, I made a backup copy of the entire server. We recently decided to start the site back again, however the backup has failed and we are having to build it from scratch (again). Unfortunately I cannot remember all of the versions of extensions that we had purchased/subscribed to, but I do remember JFBConnect. Alas when I attempt to use our Subscriber ID, my system notification screen states "Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription." I presume you can validate my Subscriber ID we had purchased from my account associated with this post? Help! Thanks.
