When I just attempted to create an account with Facebook from that page, it worked successfully. I also attempted to use the LinkedIn button, and it looked like it might have mapped the LI user together with the Facebook user. Could you check the UserMap table to see if there are two entries for me (FB test name is Melissa Lynne SourceCoast and LI name is Melissa Andreae).
