The profile import is found in the backend JFBConnect > Profile area. There should be a JomSocial tab when you have the 'Social Profiles - JomSocial' plugin enabled. Are you saying that this tab is not present or that you just did not know where to look?

Thank you for the credentials. The only Social Profiles plugins installed on your site were Joomla and Custom DB. The JomSocial plugin was not installed. This can happen if you install JFBConnect first before JomSocial is installed. We automatically detect our supported 3rd party extensions and only install ones that are applicable for your site.

I installed the Jomsocial profile plugin for you. It is located in the JFBConnect zip file under the /packages/plugins/socialprofiles/ directory. I also disabled the other two social profiles plugins, since it did not look like they were configured to import any information.

The tab for JS is now showing up. At a minimum, you will need to set up the options to Always Import Profile Data and Import Avatar. We also provide other options for JomSocial, so I'd suggest reading the tooltips on each setting to know which you might need.

Let me know if you run into any further issues.

i cant upload cover or profile photo anymore

Does this mean that the avatar and cover photos are not being imported when creating a user or logging in via your social network? Or do you mean that you can't change them in JomSocial itself?

If the first (not importing correctly)
* First, please verify that the Import Avatar and Import Cover Photo settings are enabled in JFBConnect > Profiles > JomSocial tab.
* What social network are you using to log in with? Some may not support avatars/cover photos.
* If 'Always Import Avatar' is enabled, please log out and re-log in again via your social network. Edit your user's JS profile. Are the photos present now?
* Can you check your temp directory (probably /tmp) and look for an avatar file called scprofile_XXX_pic_tmp.jpg where XXX is the Joomla ID of the user just created? If it's there, is the size greater than 0 bytes? Can you check for the cover photo file called something like sccover_YYY_pic_tmp.jpg where YYY is the social network ID?
* Please check the write permissions on the tmp directory and the directories for /images/avatar and /images/cover

If the second (not able to upload in JomSocial)
* Please disable the JFBC plugins (JFBConnect system, authentication, user, and content plugins). This will render JFBConnect disabled. Then attempt to upload again. If still not working while these are disabled, this isn't related to JFBConnect

These suggestions will help narrow down the issue. Try these and we can go from there.

It looks like the Bootstrap javascript file is not being included on the page and you're using the "Show 'Logging In' message" setting. To fix this, you can either:
1. Enable the option in JFBConnect > General for 'Load jQuery/Bootstrap'
or
2. Disable the "Show 'Logging In' message" option.

This should clear up the problem, but let me know if you're still running into issues.
