I see that you have a valid subscription. You probably already have, but can you please log on to sourcecoast.com > My Account > My Profile and verify that your subscriber ID in JFBConnect matches the ID on the right side of the page still.
Also, I see that your first subscription expired on 3/24 and the new one started then. Can you open Autotune in the backend, go to the Facebook App tab, and click the refresh button? After that, what date shows in the Start tab for subscription status?
