Popup window was created by [email protected]

I have had complaints from people, who attempted to login from there cell phones. Apparently the popup up gets in the way on a mobile device. What do I need to know about manipulating this feature, and to control whether it pops up or not?

It actually looks like you've customized how the SCLogin is popping up. When I visit your site, another extension or code is automatically popping up the window. This is not the normal SCLogin behavior, as we only launch the popup when you click our Login link or button in the module. I would suggest first investigating the other extension or code that you've altered.

I'm not using SC Login. I'm only(at least I thought) using JFBC Login, and administering it from within JOMSOCIAL.

For the following screenshot: JFBConnect is not causing the popup of this JomSocial login module. You'll have to figure out what is actually launching the login module popup and disable it if it causing issues. This is outside of the scope of JFBConnect functionality.

As it seems there is some confusion - if you're referring to a different popup, please provide a screenshot of it.
