We've had users reporting SSL problems with certain server configurations and Windows Live authentication in the past. In 6.3, there is a new option called 'Disable SSL Certificate Validation' in the JFBConnect > Configuration > General tab. Please set the value to Yes, re-try the authentication again and let me know if you are still having issues.
