Incorrect Configuration was created by Talkdoc

I have obviously not configured JFBConnect correctly.

When I try to login with JFBConnect (either with my Facebook or Twitter account), I receive the following message: "You are now being logged in with your Facebook Credentials" and then an error message "ERROR: Login Denied.Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet." This goes into an endless loop.

What have I done wrong? The site's URL is sizzlinghouse.com.

Our initial guess is that this could be a combination of the System cache plugin (or other plugin such as JotCache) and Joomla activation. Please try 1) enabling our 'Skip Joomla Activation' setting in the JFBConnect general configuration area 2) Disabling the System Cache plugin 3) Excluding JFBConnect URLs from any cache extensions or SEF extensions that you have installed. Try these suggestions and let me know if they help.

Thank you Melissa: that worked like a charm. In addition, I needed to purge all cache files and then I was able to log in with both my Facebook and Twitter accounts.
