You're correct, it's not enabled. Our code checks for a few things, including the string "jfbc.debug.enable". Normally, that's only on the page when debugging is enabled. However, you look to have some 'optimization' plugin on your site that's taking all Javascript files and shoving them into the HTML, which is causing that string to appear on the page. Our Autotune tool isn't expecting that behavior.

You can safely ignore that warning as debug mode isn't enabled. I'd really investigate if the insertion of all Javascript on the page is really worth while. It's making the overall HTML for the page much, much larger and preventing standard caching features of all browsers from functioning which would normally cache the files that are loaded so they don't have to be reloaded on subsequent pages.
