Are you on the latest version 6.2.4? This was a bug that was fixed from prior releases. If you do need to upgrade, do so and make sure to re-scrape your pages on the Facebook Open Graph Debugger to make sure the text gets updated. Then you'll have to wait for Facebook to scrape the rest of your pages.

Thanks for the quick reply! Sorry, I was not on latest release but I am now. Not sure what you want me to do, though...
So if you can give me a short hint I will be happy.

Best regards,
Claus.

Some other extension (I think K2 itself) is adding the following tag to the head section of the page:
<meta property="og:description" content="{JFBCLike layout=button show_faces=1 share=1 action=like font=arial colorscheme=light href=http://naestved-cykel-motion.dk/index.php?option=com_k2&amp;amp..." />
JFBConnect normally should be adding it's own og:description tag and removing the incorrect K2 one, but that's not happening.

Can you go to the plugin manager and enable the Open Graph - K2 plugin if it's not already enabled. That should fix our Open Graph tags within your K2 content.

After you do that, run the page through the Facebook Open Graph debugger and you can check what Facebook sees for your page:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks, enabling the plugin did the job. As I understand it, I just have to wait in order to have the already published shared pages fixed?

Glad to hear that got you going. Yes, you just have to wait. However, you can run your page through that Debug Tool posted above (make sure to click the "Re-Scrape Information" button) and the cached data in Facebook will be immediately refreshed. *Usually* that will update all previously shared posts, but even then, it can take some time for them all to update properly in user's feeds.

If you need anything else, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
