I'm not sure specifically what you're asking for. JFBConnect integrates with multiple 3rd party profile extensions to allow profile and avatar import. However, Joomla's own user profile plugin doesn't support avatar import.

Can you explain more about where you want to import the users avatar and how it should be displayed? Once we understand more, we'll gladly help however we can.
