I'm getting the following error when trying to run autotune

Error
Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

Message
Could not fetch application and recommendation data from SourceCoast.com. Cached values were loaded, but may be out of date.
It's highly recommended that you make a successful connection to get the most up to date application data and recommendations.

Field data not found. You will need to make a successful connection to SourceCoast.com to load the most recent Facebook Application data.

Please check that your Subscriber ID is correct:
HEREISMYID and it is correct

If the problem persists, please let us know in our support area

The ID you need to enter is not the username or your transaction ID. Commonly, some of our users have tried to enter this value. On our site sourcecoast.com, please go to My Account > My Profile. The correct subscriber ID will be on the righthand side of the page. If this value matches what you've entered, please send me a private message with the value so I can check our database. You can see the PM enveloper icon underneath my username on the left of this post.
