I have already disabled cache on the module but I still get message.

I haven't change any groups or access rights to Joomla so everything is default.

Be nice to fix this asap.

Can you explain a lot more about what isn't working? Are you seeing an error message, is information not being imported properly? Any information you can provide on the issue will help us determine a solution faster.

Hi Alex

No errors but seems to only happen on Google social login. It works on existing accounts but not on new accounts.

I really wish I had more information to give you.

I went to your Forums > Forums (New) menu item and used the SCLogin module on that page. From there I was able to create a user and log in with Google.

What is the specific URL that you are trying to log in from and what browser are you on? Have you tried creating a new user from different Google accounts?

Ok, that sounds great. Might be a matched account on the system maybe not sure but I am getting the same error message.

I'll continue testing and give you feedback if I figure it out.
