Replied by mel on topic FB data not getting pulled in
Here are a couple questions to help us narrow down the problem:

1. Which Social Profile are you using?
2. Please verify that you have the 'Always import' option enabled in the JFBConnect > Profiles area.
3. If you are logged in with your user and then use one of the social login buttons to connect to the social network, you will need to log out and then log back in with that social network. Profile data is not fetched on the connect action.
4. Could you provide a URL so that I can attempt to log in on your site to see the behavior firsthand?
5. Can you also take a screenshot of the JFBConnect>Profiles area and attach to this thread?

1. Which Social Profile are you using?
a.Facebook
b.Twitter
2. Please verify that you have the 'Always import' option enabled in the JFBConnect > Profiles area.
Always Import Profile Data is "Enabled".
3. If you are logged in with your user and then use one of the social login buttons to connect to the social network, you will need to log out and then log back in with that social network. Profile data is not fetched on the connect action.
We don't have that kind of options. Either we can login by user account or Social network account.
4. Could you provide a URL so that I can attempt to log in on your site to see the behavior firsthand?
wrc.openkey.aa82.com/index.php/login
5. Can you also take a screenshot of the JFBConnect>Profiles area and attach to this thread?

Thanks for the information above. There was no image inserted into the post. If you uploaded one, you'll need to click the green arrow next to it to insert it into the post. Either way, my profile shows a few fields, mostly related to my address. I see that JFBConnect is configured to request the following permissions:
user_location,user_website
When I logged in, those permissions were not requested from me. You'll need to test those permissions with the administrator of your Facebook application. Once that works, you'll have to submit your app to Facebook for approval to use those extended permissions. Until your app is approved by Facebook, normal visitors to your site won't see the permissions and their extended info won't be imported.

I hope that helps explain, but if things still aren't working when you try to register with the admin of your Facebook App, let us know and we'll help however we can.

Thanks,
Alex
