I get the following error when I configure Auto Tune. I have paid for my subscription. My ID does not work. Also I need to know, if the ID is valid for life or should I subscribe every 6 months.
Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

Yes, your subscription is active. Please ensure that you are using the correct subscriber ID, and not the payment ID you received from Paypal. You can find the subscriber ID on our site sourcecoast.com. When logged in here, use the My Accounts > My Profile menu item. The correct subscriber ID will be listed on the right-hand side of that page.

The subscription is valid for 6 months. After it expires, JFBConnect will continue to work on your site. However, you will lose access to new releases, support and our automatic configuration tool (Autotune) in JFBConnect.
