there was a value in Valid OAuth redirect URIs, so I deleted this.

This 'Valid OAuth redirect URIs' is a new setting in Facebook. I just updated our Facebook application setup guide to give examples of valid values for this field.

When I login now there is not anny error more... but after login in, there is still the login button. When I login by google the login button is gone and there is a menu.

I attempted to log in via Facebook on your site, but it does not appear to have logged me in. After clicking the FB button, I attempted to go to index.php?option=com_users&view=login and index.php?option=com_users&task=logout to see if I was actually logged in, but they redirected me to Community Builder with a 404 page. That might be fine depending on how you configured your page, but did you actually receive a message that the Facebook profile was successfully connected after you clicked the button? Was there a Joomla user created in the backend and a corresponding row in the JFBConnect > User Map table? Do you have Automatic Registration enabled? If you have Automatic Registration disabled, what is your registration component?

At first I was using the Community builder login module.... now I have changed it to the default joomla login module. But there is no user login in not in the user database of community builder/standard joomla nor in the user map table.

www.glansbeton.be/index.php?option=com_users&view=login is also giving a 404 error when I use the standard joomla registration.

If you look to the social stream, that's still empty.

www.glansbeton.be/index.php?option=com_users&view=login is not going to the standard Joomla users component. It is being redirected to the Community Builder component at www.glansbeton.be/nl/component/comprofiler/login still.

Can you try disabling all of the JFBConnect plugins (authentication, system, content, and user). This will effectively render JFBConnect disabled. Then try to log in with a standard Joomla user and tell me what happens. I would like to verify that a Joomla user is able to login. If yes, then there's something off with JFBConnect. If no, then there's something off with your configuration. If it works, tell me which URL you are on (because I cannot find a place to login with Joomla credentials on your site)

Regarding social stream, please open up the associated channel in the backend. Are there any warnings there? If you haven't been able to authenticate on the front-end with a social network user yet, I do not understand how you would have been able to select a channel owner. If you do somehow have an entry in the JFBConnect user map table and are using that user as the channel owner, are you able to see any test stream data in the channel?

Hi,

I have now posted two login modules on my site. If you look at the sidebar, you can see the top login module (JFBconnect) that's not working like it should. If you login with the bottem login module (the one from communitybuilder) you can see that the login is working. Registering with facebook is also possible, login with facebook not I guess ?

cheers,

deef

I'm trying it on a second site also. I have placed the three login modules (standard joomla login/communitybuilder/SClogin) The standard joomla login module and community builder are working. The sclogin is not working, verry strange!

In the SCLogin module, please go to the Advanced tab and set caching to "Disabled" or "No" and see if that fixes the issue. There's a strange issue that effects some sites when that setting is enabled that may be causing your problem as well.

Let us know how that goes and we'll keep trying to help however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Please PM me Joomla credentials for the front-end that I can use for each of the sites that is having the problem. I cannot create a user on either your sites. The captcha on www.voetbal-diepenbeek.be/ is not working, which is stopping me from creating a user. The www.glansbeton.be/ site gives me a PHP error when I use the CB login module to create a user.

It would also be helpful to get super-admin credentials of the backend to see how the different modules are configured, so we can get to the root of this faster.

With the Joomla credentials you have given for www.voetbal-diepenbeek.be/ I cannot get the standard Joomla Login module or the Community Builder module to log in at all.

Here are the places I tried to log in with Joomla and CB:

1. On the main page, using the module. Login does not work and brings me to www.voetbal-diepenbeek.be/component/comprofiler/login

Here are the different things I tried, but still failed to login via Joomla or CB. For all of these, I left the items from #1 disabled to prove that it was not JFBConnect causing the issue.
1. Disable all of the JFBConnect plugins, which renders JFBConnect disabled.
2. Disable the two factor authentication plugins.
3. Disable caching in Global Configuration.
4. Set Redirect URLs and Pass Return URLs to disabled in the CB System plugin.

After verifying login was still failing, I have restored all of the settings to how they were before these tests.

Please get this site into a configuration where normal login works and then I can re-try if JFBConnect is still not working at that point. There's another cause than JFBConnect that is preventing login from happening. I did not attempt to do any debugging on your glansbeton site, just this one
