I'd recommend removing any IP addresses that you have set up for any whitelists on the application. Don't set this up for now. The whitelists were causing problems with you other Facebook application as well. It's possible your IP address has changed since setting up the application, but any searching I've done for this error indicates the whitelist is the cause. If this doesn't help, let me know.

Secondly, there is an error on the page that will interfere with how JFBConnect operates "Fail: Another Facebook extension is installed, including the Facebook Javascript library, and may conflict." This means that another extension is including an older deprecated Facebook javascript library, all.js. In your private message you stated:

face book now has 3 apps setup, one for each website and one for jomsocial which is also on www.denttransformer.com .

This is probably the root of the Autotune issue (which might cause what you're seeing). When using JFBConnect, you cannot use JomSocial's facebook features, but should instead use their "Use SourceCoast's JFBC" option. If you have set an API key and secret key, you should remove it and enable the setting. If you disable JomSocial's FB functionality, but still are receiving the Autotune error, then you will need to look through other extensions that add the functionality. For example - JomSocial, K2 or your template.

While you aren't getting errors for Autotune anymore, can you make sure you re-run the Facebook Application configuration portion of it, as this is a new site? Look at the recommendations under each tab and see if there are any glaring issues or recommendations, especially under the page tab and canvas areas.

Also, can you attach some screenshots to the thread to illustrate what you mean?

I'm not sure what you actually mean by the above. Are you saying when you go to your Facebook Page directly it's not working, or are you testing something in JFBConnect or your site itself?

Generally, if you're doing the "Use Facebook As" option in Facebook and loading content "as" your Facebook Page and not your user profile, you'll run into various issues.
