1. Please make sure that the test user you are logging in with has authenticated with Facebook.
2. If you have not submitted your Facebook application through review after your Open Graph actions and objects have been created, then you will need to be logging in on your site with a user who an administrator of the FB app.
3. First make sure that the Objects in JFBConnect and Facebook match exactly and the Actions in JFBConnect and Facebook match exactly. This includes case sensitivity. If you want to include screenshots, we can look at these to give you any feedback.
4. Make sure the Action has been set up in JFBConnect to be Manual, since the user has to join the JomSocial with a specific click action.

Try these steps first, and it will start to help us narrow down the problem.

Hi Melissa,

thanks for your response. The problem is a approval from Facebook for my app including the actions.
I have a problem with the process "Approval". Is possible i can give you access via rule in Facebook/Developer?

When yes please send me your username from FB.

Thanks and best regards

I PM'ed you the ID for my Facebook test user. Please set that up and reply back with admin credentials so that I can compare the two sets of settings.

Andreas,

I made some code changes to your site to resolve some issues that look like they are in JomSocial. After these changes, the action was posted correctly to my Facebook timeline. If you need more details on exactly what I changed, let me know. However, we will be contacting the JomSocial team to hopefully resolve these issues.

Also, I just wanted to note that I changed the Open Graph object in Facebook that you had set up for groups. You were attempting to use the built-in Facebook object for groups, which was causing some issues. You will see in your application that I added a new jomsocialgroup object type.

Please play around with joining groups and let me know if you have any more problems posting actions.

Hi Melissa,

thanks for your support.
One question about settings in Facebook/Developers - Open Graph?
Currently i have alerts (red triangle) in the app:
under "Action types" i have a message: Currently Ineligible for Submission "You, or this app's Open Graph Test User, must have published this action at least once."
under "Status and Review" i have a message: This is not eligible for review"

Can you help?

I think, before i not clear this point i become not approval for this app and this is condition public item on my Facebook-Page

Thanks and best regards

Andreas

Well you have two actions in your Open Graph > Action Type list: Join and Upload. I was able to successfully publish the join action last night. So if you haven't been able to test the photo upload successfully yet, you will need to do that at least once before the review can be completed.

I clicked the Status & Review > Items in Review link and don't see any more warnings, so if you've already resolved this and restarted the submission process, please disregard this message.
