Could you answer/verify the following:

1. Verify that the the Social Profile plugin for JomSocial (or whatever extension you're trying to import into) is enabled and the Avatar Import setting is enabled.

2. For the user whose avatar is not being imported, check the tmp directory for the scprofile_XXX_pic_tmp.jpg file, where XXX is the Joomla user id. Please tell me A) whether the file is present or not, B) if it is present, if the file size is 0 bytes C) if the present and greater than 0 bytes, view the file and see if it's the real avatar D) the JomSocial images directory is writeable.

Get back to me with those answers and we'll go from there.

1. How can I resolve this issue
2. How can I push user photos to user profiles? are they sotred somewhere from where I copy them to special directory and it will be linked? I have 386 users and about 193 from FB.
3. ALso when logiing through SC login wih existing admin account (or other user), I ma not able to login. I get another error. you can try this on this site. Please dont user FB login, just type your credentials. alirecenze.cz/index.php?option=com_commu...register&Itemid=1669

I wouldn't recommend enabling every socialprofile plugin, just the ones that you need for your site. It sounds like Social Profiles - JomSocial is all you would want to enable.

As for the image/profile import, I just tried to register with JFBConnect and no data was imported at all. I'm not sure how you have things configured though, so I don't know what fields should be imported.

To investigate further, can you please Private Message me admin credentials so we can understand your configuration, investigate and test further? You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you create me a new account as a super admin? The Facebook account I have can't authenticate in the admin area. You also (seem) to have the Generate Password setting in JFBConnect disabled since one wasn't sent to me when I registered with Facebook.

As for #3 above, I don't know. It's something we'll have to investigate with. I'm unsure why authentication with Joomla credentials would be different with the SCLogin module vs the standard Joomla module, so that's something we'll test when we login the admin area. If you want to test with the standard Joomla login module and see if you have the same behavior first, that may help explain things. If it happens in both, then the issue wouldn't be related to JFBConnect or SCLogin at all and you'd need to determine what on your site is throwing that message.

Thanks,
Alex

Marian,
Thanks for the PM with credentials. However, there's a password that's necessary to access the admin area. Can you PM that to me as well?

I just tried the credentials you sent me to login on the JomSocial page on the front-end, but am getting "Přihlášení selhalo. Zkuste to prosím znovu." Can you also double check the information you sent me?

With some further testing, I'm seeing some other odd behavior that isn't linked to JFBConnect that we likely can't help with. I just logged in with my Facebook user on the front end, since that user works. Then, on the right-hand side you're using the Kunena Login module. When I click logout on that module, I'm brought to a 404 page and am not actually logged out. That's not an issue that JFBConnect or SCLogin would be related to.

We'll gladly help investigate the user image issue once we get into the admin area. The logout 404 and the popup I still don't think are related to JFBConnect though and we may not be able to help you there.

Thanks,
Alex
