I use JFBConnect in conjunction with Jomsocial on a Joomla 3.6 site. Since upgrading JFBConnect to the latest version, registration is no longer working. The registration form is blank.

With all of the JFBConnect plugins disabled, which means that JFBConnect is inactive, the registration page still shows up like in your screenshot. This means another plugin or extension is causing the issue. If you have also recently upgraded any other extensions, please review your configurations for them to try to narrow down the issue.

For the time being, I have re-enabled our plugins, but to verify that this is not JFBConnect causing the problem, these are the plugins that I had disabled:
* Authentication - JFBConnect Social Integration
* Content - JFBCContent
* Installer - JFBConnect
* System - JFBCSystem
* User - JFBConnect Social Integration

The only thing that has changed in my configuration is that I installed Komento. But even when disabling Komento in the extensions manager, I still get a blank registration page. Even if I turn off Komento, and the JFBConnect integration in Jomsocial and all extensions to do with JFBConnect, I get the blank registration page. So it looks like a Jomsocial problem to me. I'll try my luck with their support team.

Well, it seems to me that it's definitely not JFBConnect from that behavior. Good luck with the JomSocial support and sorry we couldn't help more.

Jomsocial says it's not their problem since the registration form displays alright if you disable caching and switch to one of Joomla's default templates such as Atomic. They suggest I try my luck with the template vendor, Joomlart.

Please verify that you have re-enabled the plugins for JFBConnect that I listed above and clear your cache. I don't see any indication that JFBConnect is enabled on your site right now.
