Hi Guys,

We have an implementation of JFBConnect which on the whole is working well. However we are having some issues trying to get the system to post to FB when an action is performed.

I've followed a number of walk troughs and no matter what angle I come at this from I seem to get the following message back when I try to perform the action of posting to FB "Error: Action is not associated to the object type of this page."

Do you have any details on how to integrate with SobiPro? Or are you able to step us through the process?

Many thanks in advance.
Kevin

Kevin,

Our support for SobiPro for Open Graph is currently limited to using a Custom Object.

If you have enabled the 'Open Graph - Custom Object' plugin and created the custom object:
1. When you set up the object, make sure you set up the query parameter field for your SobiPro pages that you want the object to apply to.
2. When you create the Action in JFBConnect you will need to associate it to the objects you've created. There should be a section with checkboxes at the bottom of the action setup area that shows all of your objects. Make sure that the Action is connected to the Object type (the page) you're trying to use the action on.
3. On the page you're performing the action on, make sure that the og:type tag matches the type set in the Object in JFBConnect.
4. Try disabling other objects except the one you want to use and try again.

Please try these suggestions and let me know if you need further help.

Thanks
-Melissa
