After upgrading, my JFBConnect social buttons are displayed on top of each instead of side by side.

I try widening the button area in the article view settings but it made no difference.

Could you give me a URL of one of the pages this is happening on please?

The reason that it does not look correct is because it seems our styles from the jfbconnect.css file are not being applied. With a quick check of your page source, I don't see this file being loaded. Please turn off any optimization extensions or plugins, clear your cache, and disable caching to see if this helps.

My site has no other caching or compression feature than that provided by the template.

I've disable it (awesomescreenshot.com/0c53ta7e98), cleared the browser cache and hard refreshed the page.

It made no difference.

If we force the template to atomic and go this URL, the styling works properly therebel.org/en/kaminski/810069-you-must...-now?template=atomic

You can see in the source that the jfbconnect.css file is loaded
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/media/sourcecoast/css/jfbconnect.css" type="text/css" />

Please check your template settings. We're not sure what's causing it, but hopefully this can help you investigate further.

What exactly did you do? I can no longer log into my site without getting blank screens.

We made no changes to your site. The link above that I provided just adds ?template=atomic to view the page with a certain template, to show you that the problem is related to your template. This doesn't affect behavior for anyone on the site though. If you're using that link, just remove that parameter.

I've spoken to the template vendor. They had no explanation why the CSS file would not load and suggested I force the template to load the CSS file, which I did and now the buttons are correctly displayed side by side. Thanks for pointing me into the right direction. Case closed. Thanks you very much

I'm glad to hear that got you going. We're not sure what would have been preventing the CSS file from being included either, but the solution you chose is a good one that shouldn't cause any other problems.

Of course, if you run into anything else, just let us know. Also, if you're still having issues with blank screens that you think are related to JFBConnect, let us know that as well.

Thanks,
Melissa
