What is this option? What is the purpose?

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Can you explain, specifically, what is or isn't working, what you're trying to do to fix it and where you need help? I'm not sure what Open Graph features you're trying to use, and we can't just go into your site to set things up for you. We'll always help when you run into issues, of course.
