Hi,

I uploaded my custom PNG social login buttons to the required folder but thay are not detected. Not in the component admin area and not in the SClogin module area. I cant see them at all.

Also I use a site protection script which is awesome. Called ZBblock - Spambotsecutiry.com.
Once I tried to log on via facebook login I've got blocked by my site protection script. I know this is not JFBconnect related issue but I thought I let you know. Just if in any case the facebook logon process could be improved later on.

Here is the message after my IP got banned from my site.:

For the custom image, please try loading that URL directly in your browser to see if it loads. If not, it likely means there is a permissions issue on the file or that you're using the wrong directory. Once it loads in a browser, JFBConnect should be able to detect it as well.

I'm not sure what's causing the security exception from ZBlock. The URL information posted is what JFBConnect uses. However, there's no indication as to what's wrong with what we're submitting. In general, there is a lot of requests and back and forth communication between your server, your browser and Facebook.com during authentication. Some firewalls can think that's a 'bad' sign, but there's not anything we can do to fix the problem, at least not without knowing the specific reason that ZBlock is actually blocking the user.

I hope that helps explain, but if you have any other information or need any other help, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Yes, I checked it.
My custom image loads from browser but not in JFBconnect admin or SClogin module. So something should be wrong. What to do next?

Thanks

Can you post the URL (or even the path, since we can lookup your domain) to the image you uploaded? That will help us narrow things down as to what can be wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

I just realized what was my problem. I copied all button images to "provider" folder but not into the subfolders specifically.
It works now well. Thanks
