Hello,

we have installed the JFB and SC Modul for login with Facebook, G+ and so on. We have also installed JomSocial (actual Version) and JReviews (actual Version)

When you look at a listing you will see details as Street, Zip, E-Mail, Web, Description and so on, this will shown if you are not logged on or when you logged on with a regular Joomla account. But when you are logged on with a Facebook Account this details for the listings will not be shown.

Can you help me? Thanks best regards, Tom

Can you go to the Joomla User Manager and verify that the user created with JFBConnect is in the proper user group? Additionally, standard Joomla credentials are created when a user registers with a social network. If you try those credentials for the same account (but not logging in using the social network), do the modules show properly?

In short, there's no reason the user should be treated any differently by Joomla if they authenticate with a social network. The above info will help us narrow down a possible cause for what's happening.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello Alex,

i have get help from the Support of JReviews, so this was the answer and now it will work...
Hello

I can see that issue. I would need ftp to troubleshoot, but I think the problem is coming from JFBC which is affecting the user group ids and doesn't let JReviews see that the user has access to view the fields.
Hello
I am not sure what is causing this, but something on your site definitely is doing it. I changed the code in JReviews that looks for the user group ids for a user so that if they cannot be detected the traditional way it will use a different method. So whatever is doing this there's a workaround now. I'll include the change in the next update as well and it's already applied to your site.

Thanks best regards, Thomas

Thomas,
Thanks for the update. I'm not sure what was going on there, and it's not something I've heard of before. I'm glad to hear there's a fix that's working for you though.

If you need anything else, or run into any other issues with the problem above, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
