You just need comma-separate lists of your homepage URLs with index.php at the end. So, you could likely have up to 4: http / https and www / non-www.
The image was created when LinkedIn had announced that the Oauth 2.0 Redirect setting was going to be a requirement, but before they had clarified how specific it needed to be. After we asked them, they cleared it up that the query string was not required, but the host (
domain.com) and path (/index.php) was required. Of course, the more specific format does still work, it's just not necessary.
