Can you explain what isn't working? From that image, I see there are some language strings that aren't working for your language. You can update those by editing your language file in /language/xx_YY/xx_YY.com_jfbconnect.ini (where xx_YY is your language).
Beyond that, you have disabled the "Automatic Registration" setting, which is why you're seeing the form. If you want users to be automatically registered and bypass that page, please enable that setting in the Configuration area of JFBConnect.
