i have recently implemented the SC Login into my site however when trying to register via facebook I get this error:

This app is in sandbox mode. Edit the app configuration at developers.facebook.com/apps to make the app publicly visible.

I have gone to the developer conf and the application is NOT in sandbox mode - what else could be causing this error?

by the way the google plus login works perfectly

The problem is that you have another extension including the Facebook Javascript library and using the ID of "171342606239806". It looks to be your Gavick template. You'll need to disable the Facebook integration in your template, and when you do, things should work as expected.
