I have a website that I want to use only as Website with Facebook . I disabled App on Facebook Settings and notifications no longer show on the icon at the top, they get buried at the bottom of the App center link? I also came across this BUG REPORT but says its been closed. Any one experiencing this with their apps. Maybe I don't have the correct settings?

Ivan,
In general, Facebook sends most user-to-user notifications in the App Center area. It's a change they made early this year, and we agree, it's quite annoying.

Can you explain more about how you were seeing it in the 'jewel' notification area of Facebook before? Specifically, what settings are filled out:
* Website with Facebook Login
* App on Facebook
* Page Tab

We'll gladly do more testing to determine what methods work for the jewel notification, as we know it's something that our users want to happen by default.

When I send a notification the user that is logged in would get it at the top notification icon.

This is with Website with Facebook Login and App on Facebook with Canvas URL, Canvas Page, Secure Canvas URL Filled out.

However if App on Facebook is not filled out and disabled these notifications do not show for the user. Maybe U can test that.

The notifications only show on App Center if you only have Website with Facebook Enabled.
