The user that is trying to register with Google likely has a Google account, but not a Google+ profile. In the Google+ API settings are of JFBConnect, there's an option for "Use OpenID if No Google+ Profile Exists:". Try enabling that and test again.

As for the language string itself, that should be properly rendered in the next version of JFBConnect.
