Hello,
I have a small problem with the registry with the Facebook account on the website (www.cafepost.at).

I get this error message:

WARNING: The Supplied date is not in valid 'DD.MM.YYYY' format: .. May 21.
THEREFORE, the current system date will be used instead: 17.10.2013

I use the latest versions:
Joomla, Community Builder and JFBConnect and all plugins

Best regards, Cem

Cam,
My guess is that you're importing a date value into some field in CB. We'd need you to help narrow things down though to know where things are going off course. Can you check if you have any datetime fields from CB that you're trying to import Facebook data into? Then, try setting that to "None" so nothing imports and see if the error goes away.. that will help determine the exact field and help us figure out a solution.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
I've played through all the variations. I have this problem after the update of JFBConnect.
Attachment is the screen shoot.
I think it's better if I give you the login information. Please throw a look. It's certainly faster and easier.

THANK YOU! Greetings Cem

Cem,
I'm very sorry for the delay and we'll get to the bottom of this. I just tried your site, and its in Offline mode. Can you send me super admin credentials so I can take the site offline and then test?

Also, can you please let me know how, exactly, to recreate the error. I'm assuming it just happens when you try to login using Facebook and are sent to the registration form, but if not, or there's anything specific I need to do to test, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Please private message me the super admin credentials, and don't post them here.

Thanks,
Alex

Cem,
Again, sorry for the delay. We've fixed the issue on your site and have built the code into our next release, so you shouldn't have this issue anymore.

Please test and let me know how it goes. If you run into anything else, just let me know. We'll make sure we don't let your support requests slip again.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex , thanks for your help .
The birthday problem has now been solved . Thank you!

For a new registration via Facebook :
Konfigiration : JFBConnect registration process : " Auto Registration "

In the backend - Users - Options - User configuration settings :
# User registration - no
# Accounts activation by user / administrator - no

In CB Configuration Manager - registry settings :
# Release required by the administrator - no
# Email confirmation required - no

When a new user registers ( via Facebook ), he gets the message:
Facebook profile successfully connected .
This user has not yet confirmed his email address. The account is not activated.
This member has not yet been activated by a moderator .

In the backend of the new user is not unlocked .

# It does not store the birth date .
# Sex box does not appear JFBConnect (Social Network Profile Configuration Import )

Greetings from Austria , Cem.
ps: The user data is still there for you

Cem,
The error message you posted happens when CB won't save the user that JFBConnect is providing to it. That almost always occurs because you have a field marked as 'required' which isn't being imported into by JFBConnect. Looking at your settings, my guess is that the field is "cb_geschlecht". Can you try marking that field as not required and test if that allows for registration.

If you need that field to be filled out during registration, we'd have to recommend switching to the "Normal" registration mode. That will allow you to display required, non-mapped fields so that the user can properly fill them out during registration.

I hope that helps, but if not, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
