Good evening, I have bought the jfb conect and when I it try to raise to the joomla 2.5 he says to me: JInstaller::Install: File does not exist/homepages/9/d488119966/htdocs/TENDANOVA/tmp/install_525ed558a3fdb/install/jfbconnect.install.php Installation of components: it was not possible to copy the file of PHP's installation. Please I need his help to be able to continue with my work. Thank you.

The jfbconnect.install.php file is only used with the Joomla 1.5 version of JFBConnect. Please go to the "My Downloads" area and download the Joomla 2.5 installer file and use that.

Hi Alzander i can't install com_jfbconnect on my web site, i have the jfbconnect v4.2. 4, when I install the compenents i receive this message:

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/promodev/public_html/tmp/Com_jfbconnect/install/jfbconnect.install.php
Component Install: Could not copy PHP install file.

Ing Carlos,
The v4.2 release is very, very old. It's unsupported and likely some features no longer work due to changes in Facebook itself.

The latest release for Joomla 2.5 is v5.1.2 and is what you should use to install. If you don't already have a subscription, you can get one on the page below:
