I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. I'm pretty sure you've had AUP working before. Did you upgrade JFBConnect or AUP recently, or do you know anything else that may help us narrow down when it stopped working?

Thanks,
Alex

I understand you upgraded. It did work before. Can you tell me what versions of AUP, JFBConnect and/or Joomla you were using when it did work? That will help us to narrow down what's changed and what may be causing the problem. This is the only report we've had that AUP isn't working, so we'd need to narrow down what's changed on your site to investigate quicker.

Thanks,
Alex

There has been no changes to the AUP integration from v5.0 to v5.1. Can you check that in the Social -> Misc section of JFBConnect that the "Enable AUP integration" setting is enabled? That's all I can guess that could be wrong, but if not, let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
