An active subscription allows you access to all new releases, use of the Autotune configuration tool and support through these forums. Once your subscription expires, you lose those benefits.

I'm not sure why your site would be loading or registering slowly. I will tell you that almost all reports of that happening are not due to JFBConnect directly and usually caused by the server itself or conflicts with 3rd party extensions that are re-loading jQuery multiple times or doing other things that slow communication down. Our latest release, v5.1.2, has a new jQuery and Bootstrap compatibility layer that improves conflicts with multiple 3rd party extensions as well.

I hope that helps get you going on narrowing things down.
